Trinity Community Church takes your safety seriously. We ask that everyone attending our in-person services follow the expectations below. We sincerely appreciate your patience, flexibility, grace and caution during this time.
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING FOR OUR IN-PERSON SERVICES:
If you are sick in any way (cough/fever/shortness of breath/nausea/diarrhea/chills) or have recently come into contact with anyone who tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days, please stay home and join us virtually. The virtual message is the same message as our in-person services and we have online hosts ready to connect and pray with you.
EXPECTATIONS OF ALL GUESTS:
Advanced reservations must be made
Mask wearing is mandatory - according to CDC guidelines, this must be a cloth face covering which covers nose and mouth (face shields alone are not acceptable)
Six-foot social distancing must be maintained between anyone not in your immediate household
No hugging, no handshaking
Maintain good hygiene (hand washing, hand sanitizing, do not touch door handles)
Guests will enter the sanctuary & be dismissed by row, guided by ushers. We appreciate your patience in respectfully waiting for an usher to enter or exit the sanctuary.
No coffee/hospitality will be available
Please take advantage of our online giving options, however there will be giving stations located on the wall as you enter the sanctuary if you would like to give in-person
Each individual who attends a service at Trinity Community Church assumes the risk of attending a public gathering. Trinity's commitment to those in attendance will be in following the guidance, recommendations and requirements of the Department of Public Health and the CDC.
CHILDREN'S PROGRAM DETAILS:
We will have Children's Church available for children inGrades 1-6 only.(There will be NO preschool and NO nursery available.)
Please screen your children prior to coming to services. If your child has a temperature above normal, displays any symptoms of illness (cough, fever, shortness of breath, nausea, diarrhea, chills) or has recently come into contact with anyone who tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days, please keep your child(ren) at home.
Parents must be present at drop-off/pick-up (ushers will guide you.) For current members, you will receive instructions on check-in from our Children's Ministry via email. For new visitors, we will have someone on-site to help register and check in your children.
Temperature checks will be taken for all children after check-in, prior to entering the Children's Service. All children will also be instructed to use hand sanitizer prior to service and as needed throughout service.
Masks will be mandatory for all volunteers and children.
Six-foot social distancing between children from different family groups must be maintained.Please talk with your child(ren) prior to church attendance to be sure they understand.
Volunteers will guide children for bathroom breaks, when entering/exiting, and throughout the service.
NO water fountains will be available. Your child(ren) may bring their own water bottle, marked clearly with their name. Children will be responsible for keeping their water bottles with them at all times.
